Fewer and fewer people are actually reading listing descriptions and only looking at the photos. Having the right photos to highlight all of the amenities and features of a property is paramount to getting it to sell quickly! This is what we are focused on, getting your property noticed by more prospective buyers and helping you get it sold.  Most professional real estate photographers use a technique called "HDR" or High Dynamic Range. It can create some good looking images with some nice colors. However, you will notice that many textures, especially wood ends up looking flat. To solve this issue, we utilize a technique called "flambient," which stands for flash-ambient. We take several photos with both ambient light and flashed light to produce a photo that is bright and eye-catching!
